Man Charged in Deadly Speeding Accident

A 21-year-old man was charged in connection with a rollover accident near Troy that killed his 20-year-old brother early this morning. Police believe Fabian Texcahua was speeding when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving, causing the accident that killed his brother, Luiz. Troy police are still investigating the accident.
